A gastronomic experience in six acts at the Michelin-starred restaurant L'Observatoire du Gabriel. Chef Bertrand Noeureuil offers his interpretation of Aquitaine, an Aquitaine of the sea, land and vineyards, an invitation to discover the treasures of the region, in a bucolic, neoclassical cuisine where the cooking and sauces reflect the seasons.

Conditions
Reservations required, subject to availability, excluding 24, 25, 31 December and New Year's Day and during the opening days of L'Observatoire, Monday to Friday at dinner only. VAT and service included. The gift voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged. If on-site consumption exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the latter must be supplemented by another means of payment. This gift voucher is valid for 6 months and only once from the date of purchase. No voucher will be accepted after its validity date.
