On Le Gabriel’s first floor, the bistro Le 1544 is an ode to the South-West, with a regressive, friendly and comforting menu based on seasonal produce from La Ferme 1544. Le Bar - Cocktail workshop
Enjoy from the experience and expertise of our head bartender and master the art of the cocktail during a mixology workshop. In a friendly atmosphere, for two hours, our barmen will introduce you to the making of several cocktails: the products, their history, the precision of the gestures, the tricks...
