On Le Gabriel’s first floor, the bistro Le 1544 is an ode to the South-West, with a regressive, friendly and comforting menu based on seasonal produce from La Ferme 1544. From Monday to Friday, at lunchtime, a "Daily menu" is offered, created in close collaboration with the produce from La Ferme 1544: poultry and vegetables of the moment inspire tasty and generous proposals.

In a friendly atmosphere, for two hours, our barmen will introduce you to the making of several cocktails: the products, their history, the precision of the gestures, the tricks...
