L'Observatoire - Three-course Lunch

A three-course gastronomic experience at the Michelin two-star restaurant L'Observatoire du Gabriel. Chef Bertrand Noeureuil presents his interpretation of Aquitaine, a region of sea, land, and wine, inviting guests to discover its treasures through bucolic, neoclassical cuisine where cooking methods and sauces reflect the seasons.

This gift box includes:
A three-course “L'Esquisse” menu, excluding drinks, at the gourmet restaurant L'Observatoire, for lunch, only on Fridays and Saturdays at noon.

Reservation required, subject to availability, only during lunch on Fridays and Saturdays and excluding special days (December 24, 25, 31, January 1, and February 14). VAT and service included. The gift voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the amount spent on site exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference must be paid by another means of payment. This gift voucher is valid for 6 months and can only be used once from the date of purchase. No vouchers will be accepted after their expiry date.
