L'Observatoire - Six-Course Menu

A gastronomic experience in six courses at the Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant L’Observatoire du Gabriel. Chef Bertrand Noeureuil shares his interpretations of Aquitaine with his bucolic and neoclassical culinary style. The region, from shore to land and wine, resonates like an invitation to discover myriad treasures. On the menu, cooking techniques and sauces are inspired by the seasons.

A six-course "Songe" menu, excluding drinks, for 1 person, at the gastronomic restaurant L'Observatoire.

Terms and conditions
Reservation required, subject to availability, excluding December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st, and during L'Observatoire's opening days, Monday to Friday at dinner only. VAT and service included. The gift voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged. If consumption on site exceeds the amount provided for the gift voucher, it must then be supplemented by another means of payment. This gift voucher is valid for 6 months and only once from the date of purchase. No voucher will be accepted beyond its validity date.
